A delegation of United Nations' Drugs and Crime Unit here on Saturday called on Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif. The delegation was comprised of Mark Shaw from South Africa, Chief Integrated Planning Unit, Candice from Canada, Legal Officer, and Tariq Mehmood, Training Co-ordinator of UN office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry, Justice Sh. Najam-ul-Hassan and Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik were also present on the occasion. Chief Justice while discussing the ways to expedite the disposal of cases apprised the participants that the reasons for delay in investigation.
